Resources designed to help you with tracking, eating out, navigating social situations and travel, and meal prep so that you feel prepared for all situations that may come your way.

Unlimited support from your coach via email or SMS so that you always have the accountability and guidance you need. As a coach, it is my goal to help you through challenging moments, answer questions and celebrate all victories, big or small!

Weekly Check-ins & Accountability

Our initial meet-and-greet will be virtual; after that, we'll check in weekly over the phone. No matter your schedule, we will find a time that works for you!

Mid-week check-ins will happen as needed.

​

To aid with accountability, you will be added to Chronometer, an app where you'll log your food and I'll be able to see what you're eating. 

Program OPTIONS

The Foundations: 3 Month Commitment

 

A minimum of three months is what's needed in order to see results and give it enough time to get in a rhythm.

Focus: building weekly habits & accountability

The Clean Up Package: 3 Month Commitment

​

For clients who need support with macronutrient counting and cleaning up their overall nutrition habits to meet personal goals

Focus: macro counting & maintenance

​

The Complete Package: 6 Month Commitment

​

The first 3 months will be 'The Foundations' - focus on building weekly habits. The next three months, we will focus on macronutrient counting and tracking calories.

We started working with Kim to prepare for an upcoming international powerlifting competition. What started as a goal of cutting a few pounds while maintaining strength as we adjusted to our competition weight classes turned into so much more. While it was an adjustment getting used to tracking everything we ate (with lots of help from Kim along the way), we noticed the impact it had right away and made us wish we’d started nutrition coaching sooner. Thanks to Kim, we’re leaner, stronger and better fuelled for our days of training.

 

As a coach, Kim is attentive, patient and a great motivator; she’s also able to understand our needs as strength athletes and shift workers. Kim adjusted our plan when needed, but also stayed the course when she believed it prudent.

 

We’re lucky to have her as part of our team and know that our performance on the world stage this summer will be tied to her ability to share her methods with us in such a meaningful way. Thank you, Kimmy!
